City of Milpitas – Discrimination

On May 13, 2015, David Browne and co-counsel Kathy Dickson, filed a lawsuit against the City of Milpitas in California Superior Court, Santa Clara County, 115CV280605 filed a lawsuit against the City of Milpitas in California Superior Court, Santa Clara County, 115CV280605 alleging age discrimination and retaliation against our 55-year-old client, a long-term employee.

Allegations: Our client was laid off instead of her less experienced co-worker because she was of “sufficient age to retire.”
