Aqua-Lung America, Inc.

On April 1, 2021, Browne Employment Lawyers filed a sex discrimination suit against Aqua-Lung America, Inc. alleging that our client was discriminated against and harassed because of her sex, paid less than her male counterparts, and shut out of advancement opportunities because she reported sex discrimination and harassment by a supervisor.

 The lawsuit alleges claims arising under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), as well as the California Equal Pay Act (Labor Code § 1197.5(a)). The case is filed in California Superior Court, San Diego County, 37-2021-00014570-CU-OE-NC.
