I needed some advice and Devin answered when I call his office. He listened patiently as I described my situation. He asked a few questions to clarify, and even towards the end of our phone conversation, he made sure to ask if he had actually addressed my concerns. Although you would think professionals should take the time, like he did, to make sure they understand your question before answering, surprisingly they do not always do so. There was no charge for the consultation; of course, it wasn’t a really long conversation as we were able to get to the point right away.
